Our University has been experimenting agile work for years. This instrument is intended by the legislator as a modality of work that aims to increase competitiveness and to facilitate the reconciliation of life and work times. This tool, expression of modernity and of technological evolution, makes the office accessible from any place and brings many advantages for both individuals and the community. However, it can also present critical issues that must be properly considered: how is it granted? How can isolation and marginalization be avoided? How to cope with tecnostress, hyperconnection disorders, difficulties in managing work and life times? We will try to answer to these and other questions in our seminar, to which are also invited two occupational psychologists, experts on these issues.
