JANUARY 30th 2020
Aula Castiglioni, Via Candiani 72, Ed. B1

Our University has been experimenting agile work for years. This tool is intended by the legislator as a way of working that has the aim of increasing competitiveness and facilitating the reconciliation of life and working times. This tool, an expression of modernity and technological evolution, makes the office accessible from anywhere and brings several advantages for both individuals and the community. However, it can also present critical issues that must be properly considered: how is it granted? How can isolation and marginalization be avoided? How to cope with tecnostress, hyper-connection disorders, difficulties in managing work and life times? We will try to answer these and other questions in our seminar, to which two work psychologists, experts on these issues, are also invited.
